CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ONLINE PURCHASE AT A SAPPHO STORE?
Yes, You can definitely return/exchange items at our stores, Please be sure you have the payment details and order ID handy with you.
WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
You will receive a full refund if we receive the retuned items unopened and in sellable condition.
Where will I get the Refund? How long will it take?
If you have paid via credit card/debit card we will refund the payment to the same account originally used at the time of the transaction. If you have paid by cash on delivery a monetary refund to your account can also be initiated through online transaction modes. If you have paid using a mobile wallet/ UPI the refund amount will be credited back to the same wallet. Standard refund process will take upto 7-14 working days.
